Factors Influencing Service Life of Crushed Wall Rolled Mold Wall

Generally, these factors affect the crushing effect and service life of crushed wall and mortar wall: the content of stone powder and water, the hardness and particle size of stone, the way of feeding, the quality of crushed wall and mortar wall itself, etc.


Stone powder content and water content

When cone crusher works, if the content of stone powder and water is relatively high, it will easily adhere to the crushed wall and the rolling mortar wall when crushing. A long time will not only reduce the production efficiency, but also cause corrosion to the crushed wall and the rolling mortar wall and reduce their service life.

For materials with high content of stone powder, a sieve should be passed before crushing, so that excessive fine powder can be avoided when crushing.

For materials with high moisture content, some measures should be taken to reduce moisture content before crushing, such as natural drying or mechanical drying.

Hardness and Particle Size of Stone

According to the different hardness of crushing material of cone crusher, the wear degree of crushing wall and rolling mortar wall is also different. The harder the material is, the more difficult it is to break, the greater the impact load on the broken wall and the rolling mortar wall in production, and the shorter the service life correspondingly. When the hardness of the ore is the same, the larger the particle size of the ore entering the crushing chamber, the worse the liner wear and the shorter the service life.
