Stone powder content and water content

When cone crusher works, if the content of stone powder and water is relatively high, it will easily adhere to the crushed wall and the rolling mortar wall when crushing. A long time will not only reduce the production efficiency, but also cause corrosion to the crushed wall and the rolling mortar wall and reduce their service life.

For materials with high content of stone powder, a sieve should be passed before crushing, so that excessive fine powder can be avoided when crushing.

For materials with high moisture content, some measures should be taken to reduce moisture content before crushing, such as natural drying or mechanical drying.

Hardness and Particle Size of Stone
