The development history
In 1806, a steam-driven roller crusher appeared.
In 1858, Blake, an American, invented the jaw crusher equipment for breaking rocks.

In the early 1950s, China began to produce imitation swing crusher. At present, the traditional pendulum jaw crusher equipment is widely used.
The working principle
The crushing mode of jaw crusher equipment is flexible extrusion. When working, the motor drives the belt and pulley and makes the jaw swing up and down through the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw is close to the fixed jaw under the action of the eccentric shaft and the bracket, the material is extruded, rolled and crushed. When the movable jaw leaves the fixed jaw under the action of eccentric shaft and spring, materials with certain particle size requirements will be discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber. In the whole crushing process, the movable jaw makes periodic crushing and discharging movement, so as to realize mass production.

1. Material selection of jaw crusher equipment
. The existence of non-metallic inclusions in steel can lead to stress concentration, which can easily form cracks, thus reducing the edge of contact fatigue life of materials. The organizational state and internal defects of the material also have an important impact on the wear. Generally, fine, uniform and spherical cemented carbide materials are beneficial to improve rolling fatigue life. After the treatment of bearing steel, the residual material will reduce the compressive residual stress on the surface and the useful strength of the carburized layer, which makes it easier to produce micro-cracks. The undissolved carbide on the right tends to be smaller and more uniform by proper heat treatment, avoiding thick or banded carbides, which is conducive to eliminating fatigue cracks.
2. Reduce the surface roughness of bushing. Practice has proved that reducing the surface roughness of the liner properly is to improve the ability of anti-fatigue wear. The stress level of the contact surface and the surface roughness of the liner can withstand the correlation. High contact stress or jaw plate, usually an effective method for surface hardness requirements, is low surface roughness on the liner.
