The SH series cone crusher drives the eccentric bush to rotate by the driving part and the transmission part. The core of the crushing cone is rotated under the eccentric bush. It periodically approaches or leaves the fixed cone, so that the material entering the crushing chamber is continuously crushed. Then the broken material will be discharged from the bottom of the crushing chamber. Installation test

4. Configure the power cord and control switch according to the power of the device.

Precautions Start and stop of equipment
1. A suitable starter should be selected according to the motor model and started by the starter.

Feeding
1. The incoming materials should meet the technical requirements of the machine. The particle size should not exceed the specified range. The water content is related to the physical properties of the materials. It should not be greater than 15% to avoid blocking the inlet and the phenomenon of the paste.
2. Feeding should be combined to improve the crushing effect and improve working conditions.
3. It is forbidden to put metal materials into the machine to prevent damage to bearings and other components.
4. The ore must be given in the middle of the distribution plate and the ore is not allowed to be fed directly into the crushing chamber. This makes the lining wear uneven in order to prevent the crusher from being overloaded. The correct ore feeding condition is: the ore is evenly dispersed in the crushing chamber through the distribution plate, and the ore to be fed cannot be higher than the level of the rolled wall.
5. The maximum feeding size of the crusher is ≤85% to the size of the mine mouth, otherwise it will lead to the reduction of the crusher output and the damage of some parts of the cone crusher.

Marking
1. The discharge opening of the cone crusher should be ensured to avoid the accident of equipment overload caused by poor discharge.
2. The discharge condition should be checked regularly. If the discharge particle size does not meet the specified discharge particle size, the wear of the hammer head and the liner and the tension of the V belt should be checked. If the problem is found, the worn parts should be replaced and the V adjusted. The tension of the belt.

Rolling wall replacement
The U-shaped screw on the rolling wall is placed on the adjusting ring, and the zinc alloy is injected between the two to make it tightly combined. When the new wall is installed or replaced, the fastening condition should be checked after working for 6-8 hours. And tighten the U-screw again.

Replacement of cone crushing wall
The conical fracture wall is fixed on the conical body with a conical head. The zinc alloy is cast between the two. After 6-8 hours of new or newly replaced conical fracture wall, the fastening condition should be checked and found to be loose immediately. Fasten.

Replacement of conical bushing
The taper sleeve and the hollow eccentric shaft should be ground together, and the zinc alloy should be injected to prevent the taper sleeve from rotating. The zinc alloy should be filled with all the gaps. Due to the hot-zinc-zinc alloy, the taper sleeve may be deformed. Therefore, the new cone is set to check the size and is incorrect. It should be corrected in time, and the spare parts should be prepared according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve to maintain the original fit.
