SZF Series Two-Axle Vibrating Screen

Shanhu SZF two-axle vibrating screen is a new type of vibrating screening equipment pioneered by Shanhu Company and possessing national invention patent. It is driven by two pairs of bevel gears under power of the motor. The two pairs of bevel gears are connected by a universal joint to ensure absolute synchronization. They drive two exciters with eccentric mass through a soft coupling to vibrate the screen box. The movement of the screen box is elliptical.

SZF two-axle vibrating screen is mainly used in coal, metallurgy, mining, power generation, building materials industry, water conservancy engineering, light industry and chemical industry. It is a high-efficiency screening machine for classifying bulk materials such as coal, ore, and coke.

Working principle and structural characteristics

The movement of the vibrating screen is driven by a motor through a V-belt to drive two pairs of bevel gears. The two pairs of bevel gears are connected by a universal joint to ensure absolute synchronization, and the two pairs of bevel gears respectively drive two through a flexible coupling. An exciter with an eccentric mass causes the screen box to vibrate, and the movement path of the screen box is elliptical.

The vibrating screen is composed of a screen box, a bevel gear transmission mechanism, a vibrator, a spring vibration damping device, an electric motor and a support chassis. As shown in Figure 1. The screen box is connected by advanced ring groove rivets to form a frame structure. The bevel gear transmission mechanism is composed of two pairs of bevel gears, a gear box, a universal joint, a bracket and the like. The vibrator is composed of an eccentric shaft and an eccentric block. The spring damping device uses a rubber soft coil spring.
